Better Every Day
We believe in self-accountability and self-improvement — being constant
students and getting a little better each day.
Our goal is to instill those same principles in our students while
providing valuable coaching, instruction, and opportunities to develop
along the way.
Who We Are — And Who We Aren’t
We’re not interested in pretending to be something we’re not.
Our instructors bring professional experience from military service,
law enforcement, investigations, defense contracting, professional
security, risk management, and firearms training.
What we teach is grounded in what we have trained, practiced, and
experienced ourselves. We combine that experience with continued
education and modern training methods to provide instruction that is
practical, relevant, and useful to the people we train.
Experience Behind the Training
Our instructors bring different backgrounds and perspectives to the
training environment. That collective experience includes:
How We Accomplish This
Practical Training
Fundamentals are reinforced through drills, exercises,
problem solving, and practical application.
Judgment Matters
Technical ability is developed alongside awareness, positive
identification, communication, de-escalation, and sound
decision-making.
Explain the Why
Students should understand why something works, its limitations,
and when another solution may be better. “This is the way
we’ve always done it” isn’t good enough.
Remain a Student
Our instructors continue training and developing themselves.
We expect the same commitment to improvement from ourselves
that we encourage in our students.

Be a Citizen, Not a Subject
Responsible armed citizenship means accepting both the rights and
responsibilities that come with protecting yourself and others.
We challenge our students to improve, and we hold ourselves to that
same standard.
